Privacy Policy

RocketFlow is a web application for Rocket League teams. It lets teams record matches, review player and team statistics, manage seasons, and optionally connect a local stats collector to ingest match data.

Players sign in with Steam or Epic Games to authenticate and associate their game identity with a RocketFlow profile. RocketFlow respects your privacy and only collects the information necessary to provide these services.

When you sign in to RocketFlow using your Epic Games account, RocketFlow requests the basic_profile permission from Epic Account Services and receives the following information:

• Epic Account ID
• Epic Games Display Name

RocketFlow does not receive or store your Epic Games password.

We use your Epic Account ID and Epic Games Display Name to:

• Authenticate you with RocketFlow
• Identify your RocketFlow account
• Associate your Epic Games identity with your RocketFlow profile, team, match history, and related RocketFlow features

Depending on how you use RocketFlow, we may also process:

• Steam ID, persona name, and avatar URL if you sign in or link a Steam account
• Team membership, roles, and profile details you create in RocketFlow
• Match statistics and related gameplay data that you or your team submit, including data sent by a paired stats collector
• Session cookies and short-lived security cookies used to complete Steam or Epic sign-in

RocketFlow does not sell or rent your Epic Games account information or other personal information.

We do not use this information for advertising.

Information may be processed by service providers only where necessary to operate RocketFlow, such as hosting and database infrastructure, subject to appropriate data-protection safeguards.

Your Epic Account ID, Display Name, and other RocketFlow account data are stored only for as long as necessary to provide RocketFlow services.

If your RocketFlow account is deleted, the Epic Games information associated with your account will also be deleted, unless retention is required by applicable law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your RocketFlow account and associated Epic Games information by contacting us at the email address in the Contact section.

After we verify your request, we delete or anonymize the personal information we hold about you, except where retention is required by applicable law.

Depending on applicable law, including Brazil's Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, or request portability of your personal data.

RocketFlow uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

RocketFlow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Games, Inc., unless expressly stated otherwise.
